Autumn Unity News
Inter-House football update
Our KS3 Churchill and Owens forms all represented Unity with dedication (getting up so early!) and a positive spirit. You are all stars for taking part and gaining so many positive points for our House – keep up the good work!
Big on basketball
Our year 8 forms again willingly and enthusiastically represented Unity House in the early morning basketball tournament this term. Marvellous results and ever more points put into the Unity pot through your sporting brilliance and “taking part” attitude – well done all.
It is official: Unity staff are the most intelligent!
Yes indeed, Unity staff members blew all the other houses out of the water with our stunning display of mental brilliance! From questions such as “ to “” – nothing was too difficult for the collective brain-power of Unity staff. Bring on the next staff challenge…
Year 12 and 13 Sports event
Our year 12s competed brilliantly in football, badminton and netball and despite not winning showed the Unity spirit in taking part and NEVER giving up – well done to all who took part.
Unity nearly know it all
We were so so close – there were only a couple of points in it but Unity was narrowly beaten by Honour in the first MFL/Humanities quiz. The team ( represented by two Unity members from each year) were outstanding and truly united together to gain a wonderful 40 points for the House. Loads of laughs and fun was had by all plus a real “work-out” for Unity brains.
